I’ve been going to Jake for weekly semi-private personal training for about 7 months now, and I’ve gotten so much stronger! This model is perfect for me, because he tailors your workout plan to your individual goals/progress and watches your form on challenging/newer exercises, but it’s also way more affordable than other personal training options. The gym also has a very friendly atmosphere and never feels crowded in the mornings. I’d highly recommend Nicely if you’re looking for a gym in LIC!
This place and its staff are a breath of fresh air compared to the larger gyms in the NYC area. This was my second time there on a Class Pass. From the moment you walk in there's a welcoming vibe and the staff are very helpful. I met one of the trainers named Jake, who was very helpful to me and one other person in the gym while I was there. The equipments here are solid, I enjoyed the peaceful time of working out in this gym Friendly people here and the vibes are always positive. Won’t regret.
