Top-notch space with top-notch trainers. Very roomy and clean. Courteous and respectful users of the equipment, which is all meticulously maintained. The trainers are all so knowledgeable and happy to help whenever needed. Ask for Coach Samantha Abrams, she's AWESOME!
I’ve been going to Jake for weekly semi-private personal training for about 7 months now, and I’ve gotten so much stronger! This model is perfect for me, because he tailors your workout plan to your individual goals/progress and watches your form on challenging/newer exercises, but it’s also way more affordable than other personal training options. The gym also has a very friendly atmosphere and never feels crowded in the mornings. I’d highly recommend Nicely if you’re looking for a gym in LIC!
This place and its staff are a breath of fresh air compared to the larger gyms in the NYC area. This was my second time there on a Class Pass. From the moment you walk in there's a welcoming vibe and the staff are very helpful. I met one of the trainers named Jake, who was very helpful to me and one other person in the gym while I was there.
