I have had some really awful experiences in the past. I have terrible anxiety about it! But Dr. Nicol goes a very long way to ease my anxiety. He does beautiful work! Offers payment plans. He went out of his way to meet me at every level. I'm so grateful! I cannot recommend him and his entire staff enough!!!
Great experience. Very knowledgeable actually sits down with his patience to let them understand what is going on with the mouth. Takes the time to come up with individual plans to let you know what insurance company will cover and not. So everyone is on the same page. Just great all around experience. Even the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
Dr. Nichol and his staff have compassion and do the best work possible. He worked overtime and made sure to give me the best quality work for a front tooth dental implant crown. They really go out of their way to make sure you leave happy. I will use this office for dental work for the rest of my life if possible.
Such a great place! Every person in the office is a true professional. As soon as I walk in I am at ease and met with friendly smiles. The care I have received has made it a pleasure to call this my dental office and I am very pleased they work with the VA to address all my dental needs. I highly recommend Nice Touch Dental. I had a patient tell me about this practice, as I was in a lot of pain from a dentist at Comfort Dental. I am SO happy they gave me Dr. Nichol's office info! They got me in right away and were so kind as soon as I walked in! One thing that's important to notate, they remember you and the conversations they've had with you! Makes you feel truly cared for!
