I did my nails today. I am so frustrated with the service. My appointment was at 2:30. They called me at 2:41. After sometime she asked me to decide the color and she was like "do it faster. I have another customer after you." The lady who did mine she was not understanding simple English language! She kept hurrying and did not pay any attention. They didn't have enough shade. It was a pretty good experience I was nervous at first because of the reviews but I didn’t need to be worried because it was great! The only issue I had was a couple of times it hurt when the nails were done but it may not have even been her fault but she kept asking if something was hurting which I liked overall if I’m around and looking to get my nails done I’d come her again.

Have gone for years to the merivale and baseline location. It’s usually ok service. Today I got charged $62 for a solar fill and ombré. Accusing to the pricing lait this should be $42. The screen showed her charging 55$ and had an additional line for $10 and it confused me so I asked, calmly. The young lady at the counter was being very condescending and then my nail tech came up and was raising her voice. Other patrons were now staring and I felt so uncomfortable I just dropped it.
