I had an awful experience at this salon. The staff was incredibly rude, and it’s clear they don’t understand the importance of good customer service. I went in for fake nail removal, and instead of removing them properly, the technician attempted to use a fake nail and scraped off the old one, which was painful. She used a machine, and as a result, one of my nails became unnaturally thin. Took me a whole week to write this review because I feel like my initial shock has worn off. My friend and I were out on a Sunday and decided to go to our usual nail spot but they were closed (5pm) we searched up a near by nail salon and decided to call nice one nails( I wish I had seen the reviews!) we go in and it’s empty. I went for the removal of my shallec and manicure but the lady did it super fast and didn't do the manicure well, my nails are uneven - never going back.
