I’m being generous giving one star…terrible customer service and poor communication. Came for a mani and pedi, one of the nail technicians asked me to wash my hands and pick a color…then told me that because I didn’t have an appointment I had to wait (should’ve said that in the first place)….I waited for at least 20 minutes, then someone finally came and told me she could only do shellac on my feet because she didn’t have time to do both my hands…once again told her she should’ve told me upfront. If I could give 0 stars I would, because I did not get service. Straight denial at the door, staff looked at me up and down and said sorry we are busy! Prior to that they asked me what I wanted.. so if I wanted more services you Would have me wait… I think it was rude not to even offer a time. Sorry we are currently busy, someone will be free to take you in 30 minutes. It’s Tuesday afternoon, there isn’t a line out the door to this random plaza nail shop. Do better, train your staff on customer service.
