I have been going here for about 7 years and I absolutely love the service, Nancy does mine and she kills it every time! Here’s just a few of my nails over the years
I am very disappointed with my experience with Juliana I returned within a week for a nail issue but she refused to listen and kept interrupting me insisting it had been two weeks and told me that i need to get it changes. I had photos with dates to prove it had only been one week but she wouldn't look at them. I found this to be extremely unprofessional and will not be returning. I do not recommend this place.
I booked an appointment specifically for a shellac nail service. When I arrived, one of the workers started giving me a manicure without ever asking if I wanted one. I assumed it was just part of the shellac service, so I didn’t question it. However, when I went to pay, I was charged for a manicure that I never requested.
