Cathy (owner) is so accommodating and professional. They clean all the carpets at the apartment complex that I manage. I'm so pleased with their work.
Make sure do your homework before working for this company! The owner is very manipulative and makes you believe she's your friend! WATCH YOURSELF! She also doesn't pay her employees on time and when it comes to the big jobs, good luck getting what you're truly owed!
Set up an appointment for a client and they had to reschedule because their carpet cleaner broke. On the reschedule day, I called to verify that they were going to be there and was told they would be but they were running a little late. They never showed up and did not call with an explanation.
The absolute worst.
