This place is great. I was going to their Visalia location for years and it was always worth the drive. I am ecstatic that they opened a place in porterville. I usually request Tom. He is an absolute gem. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Unfortunately this place has lost my business. Tom is great but other employees seem to be there just to kill time. I’m very satisfied with my experience at the salon. I felt comfortable and well taken care of from the moment I walked in. Definitely coming back and will recommend it to my friends!
I really wanted to like this place. It looks very nice inside. My toes look nice, BUT the lady cut two of my toes. I will not be returning.
So much for booking an appointment! I understand that it can get full and be understaffed but had me waiting for an hour for them to tell me another 30 min wait! Could have at least sat me down to soak my feet I wouldn’t mind sitting there for an hour. It was more like first come first serve.
