I’ve been coming here for years. As of recently I’ve been having horrible experiences. Today was the last time I ever come to this establishment. I made an appointment for my daughter and waited 30 minutes, the nail tech that was supposed to do my daughter’s nails was so busy they had to get someone else to do my daughter’s nails. Update: I went in and got my nails done for my grandfathers funeral. This was a fill in and you can see the old builder gel vs new builder gel. They look very bad - I didn’t notice until I got outside but I used to come here starting at 10 years old and recently moved back to the area and went here for the occasion. I’ve been to this salon a couple of times before, I always go for a gel manicure and pedicure the total always comes out to $65. As listed on their website and prices in person mani and pedi basic combo $50 and gel is $15 extra. Today the lady charged me $85 I explained to her the prices listed and how they always charge me $65. The lady was rude and insisted it was $85 I had no choice but to pay it. I’ve written a review here before, they said they would make the situation right instead the lady who claimed she was the owner was rude over the phone and didn’t want to help the situation. This was overall a poor experience and I don’t recommend anyone come here
