I attended this salon with a client, and the photo with the rings shows what she asked for versus what she received. She was told a black undercoat would still achieve the same result, but the final outcome looked nothing like the picture. When we raised this, the staff member became defensive, argued with my client, and even grabbed her hands, which left her very upset. Despite not getting what she asked for, she was still charged $60. Very disappointing quality and service.
