"I told her I wanted a pedicure and a full set, and she said she could do that. But she only did the full set. I then asked her to do a regular pedicure instead because she was rushing and applying the fake nails crooked. I told her multiple times that I had asked for a pedicure and a full set. She didn't even wash my feet or anything."
Kinda sloppy nail job.
Called at 3:45. Got appt for 4:15. Arrived on time, waited 20 minutes, and there was still another customer ahead of me.
