I recently visited this place on 1/14/17. Ive been a consistent client for years. The lady who now owns the place was rude and disrespectful. While asking questions before she serviced me, she told me to be quiet and was very abrasive with my head as she begin to wax. I asked could she treat me with respect regardless if they were busy, so she walks out the wax room and left wax on my forehead and begin to argue with me after I asked could she remove the hot wax before it burns my skin. This is the only nail salon I go to! I drive 30 minutes just to get here because they are the only people from Kinston to New Bern Who are able to make my nails look gorgeous! I bite my nails really bad and my nails started out very unhealthy, but after a couple of trips here, my nails are healthier than ever. I even bring my kids and they love it here too :) A++!

This is the only nail salon I go to! I drive 30 minutes just to get here because they are the only people from Kinston to New Bern Who are able to make my nails look gorgeous! I bite my nails really bad and my nails started out very unhealthy, but after a couple of trips here, my nails are healthier than ever. I even bring my kids and they love it here too :) A++!
