This was our first time using this cleaning company, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend them. The only positive is that they were flexible and able to accommodate a same-day booking, which was helpful. However, everything else fell short. The cleaning team arrived late and left in a rush. This was one of the BEST experiences with a company that I've ever had - from start to finish! Great/fast/professional communication, price, ease of scheduling & payment! Our experience with Nice Maids was outstanding! They were responsive, professional, and always on time. Ana Claudia's thoroughness and kindness were impressive, especially during our initial 4-hour cleaning. We're now eagerly anticipating our monthly cleanings, knowing our home will feel refreshed and clean!

We are very happy with our cleaning company. Andreia is our cleaner. She is always on time very sweet and hard working. I think we would give up vacations before we would not have this company clean our house. They are professional and diligent.

I would recommend Nice Maids for your next cleaning. The customer service leading up to the service and after has been wonderful. Ana Ruth and Claudia were very nice and professional when I’m my home. They did an amazing job with the cleaning as well!
