The service was punctual and clearly everything he was doing.
Fredy Trinidad came out today for our check up as part of our service. As always with NICE Fredy was great. He made sure that not only were we ready as the weather transitions but also changed out the UV lights to make sure we are good for another 3 years. Fredy was very engaging and made sure we were aware of when he would be there and what we needed. It is no wonder Fredy has been at Nice for so long, he exceeds the high standards that Nice always meets.
Fredy Trinidad was both thorough and knowledgeable regarding our Fall service. He ensure everything was completed (not everyone does) while communicating potential equipment concerns while educating us on the why. He’s an asset to Nice!
