As a woman who adorns the headscarf, Elena was so accommodating with providing a comfortable space for me to enjoy getting a hair treatment. She checked in and was a superb conversationalist. She is very attentive and friendly. Definitely recommend as her space is not over stimulating at all. She really addresses the customer’s needs. I left her salon feeling confident and happy. Wonderful start to my day.
I had such a great experience getting my hair done here. Elena was incredibly knowledgeable and really took the time to explain the process and make sure the colour was exactly what I wanted. The balayage turned out beautiful—natural, blended, and perfectly suited to me. On top of that, she was so friendly and welcoming, and her space was calming and relaxing, which made the whole appointment feel like a treat. Exactly the experience I was hoping for, and I’ll definitely be back.
First time trying Elleven Hair studio, and I am OBSESSED!! Elena is professional, thorough & we got along so well! New client = returning client!! The quietness in her studio is so peaceful, and worth every penny.
an incredibly beautiful atmosphere at Elena's salon, I was pleasantly surprised by the magical result of the work done on my hair. it was wow. A relaxing experience. A tasty tea and a spa atmosphere. Elena also does a therapeutic scalp massage - which gives a magical sensation. a salon that has spiritual particles. I drew a motivational book during the tea prepared by Elena. An exceptional salon!! Thank you very much for my new look and balayage which is wow and magical atmosphere!!!
