I've been getting haircuts from Ian for years now and have (honestly) had no bad experiences. He's always at the shop on time and pays a ton of attention to his haircuts. The shop is always clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. If I could leave more than five stars, I would! Highly recommend this business!
