I hired Jaime of Nice and Fast construction to replace a venting roof skylight and repair a pyramid skylight. Jaime is very honest and straightforward. His pricing is also extremely reasonable. He did the full roof and deck on my house and it turned out beautiful . He went out of his way to go look for the corner planks ,(which was his suggestion) and final result was better than i expected .Will definitely hire him in future . B he also came back to make sure things are good and rechecked his work . Dont see that in any contractor :)

Nice & Fast fully remedied part of a past renovation. Jamie is the first roofer to fully educate me about what needed to be done. There was no mansplaining or taking advantage. My house has never looked better and had never been properly cared for before this. I would unequivocally recommend Jamie and his crew. The job went quickly. They were on time every single day and worked hard. They also knew what they were doing, which is a rarity these days. I can’t wait to have Jamie do more work.
