I found Nice & Fast Construction on Angie’s List. The owner Jaime was responsive when I phoned to ask to schedule a free estimate. Jaime came the next day prepared with his work truck and went on the roof to provide a thorough recommendation and reasonable estimate. Some offices never called back, some scheduled me for the following week, one came the next day and reported a very curious and questionable inspection result and a ridiculous quote, one came and never got back to me on his inspection... very “nice and fast,”as advertised. i needed a small, but tedious job resealing my balcony and corner of my apt done. the older cocking and seal were worn away and most likely the reason for water leaking in. jamie was very accommodating in assessing and giving an estimate in a very timely manner. we set a day/time and i received an invoice. he and his coworker, josé were on time and finished within a few hours. i have little doubt that the next time it rains it will prove to be a job well done. til then, thank you jamie & j... read more
Work done on time and price was right. Would like to add a photo but can't see the roof.
My neighbor highly recommended Jaime, to put up new siding on my house. He was very prompt to come and suggest the repairs needed. He gave me a reasonable price. He and his workers are very knowledgeable, reliable and did an amazing job. He came back recently to do another job and again I am very pleased with the results and his recommendations on how to fix a problem with very old wooden siding. The name of his company is true !
