Using Nice and Easy for a Couple of Years. No real Drama until recently. FIrst let me state that I hope that James and his family are well ! We recently spent over $1000 for a pump and motor. It leaked, it took a while to figure out why this was happening. James was not a very good communicator and didnt show up when he said he would. We also pay him a month in advance. Stay away from this guy, he’s is very unprofessional,disrespectful. Take your money for monthly service and show up only once for the whole month or don’t show up at all, when you call him he’s very defensive and using his son death funeral anniversary to give you excuses. I paid him money for service that he didn’t render please don’t use this guy .buyer beware he’s very unprofessional
