Arrived as arranged, completed work to expectation and left all in good state.
The cleaner only mopped the floors in the rooms, but several areas were completely neglected. Drawers were not cleaned, dust was left on tables, and shower walls were still dirty — I could clean them easily with my fingers. Hidden spots that just needed a simple wipe were ignored.
