We called Nice Air for service on our A/C unit, and Carlos did an outstanding job. He arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He thoroughly cleaned and serviced the air handler, inspected all the refrigerant lines, and took the time to ensure everything was operating properly. It's refreshing to work with someone who is both skilled and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. I highly recommend Carlos and Nice Air for their quality work and professionalism.
System died and Nice Air replaced it within 3 days. Excellent service, as is usual.
