Came out to inspect, said it was the capacitor and when I asked how much was told "I don't know" then apparently when they put it on said it need a tpx valve and could not get it and it would cost $1240, I got a 2nd opinion and when they came and looked they actually did put on a capacitor and everything worked fine, I was quoted $500 for the capacitor from Nice air and the company that did it did it for $225 and fixed it there and then after wasting 2 days of my time with no ac from Nice air.
