On very short notice on a Friday afternoon, service tech Carlos and business owner identified the problem and took steps to resolve. Highly recommend for any HVAC issues. Had maintenance done March 25, 2025. Very professional and clean as always. Great company and very reliable. 5
Rick, Carlos, and Frank were great to work with when replacing our broken mini split. All went the extra mile to get the work done even though there were some challenges involved. Drew S Roberto and another representative responded this morning to fix our main unit. It took about two seconds for Roberto to identify tgr oriblem. He metered all of the electrical components confirming his initial belief. Wonderful Experience! Frank and Carlos annd Alex are the best! We discovered our AC needed to be replaced after being damaged during Hurricane Helene and Nice Air was on it! They had us on schedule to replace our system so quickly and the replacement was done in just a couple hours. They are very clean and meticulous and so kind. Definitely live up to the name Nice air! I can’t thank you enough for your professionalism.
