Eye Glasses I went in for an appointment on March 5th and until April 8th was still waiting for my pair of glasses. The occupational glasses were necessary until I no longer needed them and actually now need the distance glasses I can not afford at this time. I feel that a 30 day wait for glasses in this day and age is completely unacceptable and hope they will do the right thing. The customer service I received was not what I expected either.
Downtown Vision Center Dr. Linda Medeski is the eye doc at this clinic and she is top notch. She is very good about explaining everything that she is doing and why she is recommending what she does. Linda takes the time to get to know what your vision needs are. I always feel encouraged to get all my questions asked. The office support staff does a good job of taking care of all the scheduling and billing needs. I highly recommend Dr. Medeski and her team.
