I have a terrific doctor. The PA is also very knowledgeable and understanding. Appointments and check-in/out are prompt and easy for the patient.
Dr. Usman is wonderful, and his staff are caring and professional. My procedure went as planned, and on time. I totally recommend this group!
They dropped from a four to a one for me this morning.they proved that it is all about the money and not the patient care yet again.go elsewhere if you can.
My procedures were scheduled for 2:45pm. I was told to be there to check in at 1:45pm.. They didn't have a bed open.. I didn't get to the back til almost 3pm.. and it was about 4:15pm before they started my procedures. The fact that I had already been like 40 hrs without eating.. It was crazy how many people they schedule at one time. Dr. Usman is great. But they need to work on scheduling.
