It’s disappointing that they don’t take sick patients (kids) after 12pm. But why? does sick comes with a time or it happens any time of the day.
I had a very disappointing experience at this office with my son. The staff was extremely unprofessional and had poor communication. Whenever they needed to do something to my son, they would just do it without explaining anything to either him or me. For a place that works with children, they should be much more patient and communicative. The doctor was also not helpful. My son went in with flu-like symptoms and we were told to simply let him go home and rest for two days. No medication, no testing, and no real concern. The... read more
Good Service
Do not take your kids here! The front desk is absolutely rude! I’ve never left a comment on anything but this was such a horrible experience! The staff is beyond unprofessional they do not care about their patients or even losing a patient. My son’s school needed a form and they told me I had to wait over a week because it was “policy” never have I heard of this. I wanted to understand why it would take a week for something to be simply filled out and send to me and the reasons was that the doctor only signs documents once a... read more
