In a less than desirable area (was sold on it being near Niakwa Country Club, which sounded like it would be nicer). Outdated suites with fireplaces that are condemned and unusable and take up a huge part of the real estate space, not wheelchair accessible, management company are selectively responsive, are strangely insistent that you don't keep bikes in your vehicle parking space (and instead have to haul them down flights of concrete stairs from your unit because it's not safe to leave them on street level), no visitor pa... read more
