I feel the product might be beneficial to better health, however the company's "attitude"/customer service really stinks! My mother bought 6 hand units over the past 20 yrs. The reason she had to keep buying new hand units is because they would eventually start smelling like they were overheating & one of them would actually give you a "tingle"/small shock & on another one the bottom part became detached from the upper part. My wife has MS and since we purchase the Niagara portable equipment it has it has been fantastic for her “Unbelievable” Product.
Friendly service and the heating and massage pad helped my back.
Sixteen years ago we purchased two single automatic adjustable beds. We have had no issues with either bed in the 16 years. Seven years ago my wife had herniated discs in her back and required a softer mattress. We contacted Niagarassage on their 1-800 number on our receipt. We explained our situation and need of a softer mattress. We received outstanding service. Their compassion was amazing. Within three days we had our new softer mattresses on our bed.
