What kind of bus company doesn't take credit card in the year 2026. Not to mention the driver being rude to people not from around here for not having cash on them..
I was coming from pen centre to niagara falls today and the bus 55 was very late for some reasons and i missed the last bus to my house from main and ferry hub. But the driver of 210 was so so nice and he dropped me at the nearest bus stop to my house i really like the way he helped me. Special thanks to him. I think niagara transit needs for staff like him.
I just call Niagara transit commission office to make complaint regarding the bus 106which just drove away at 5.00pm portage rd, when I was waiting at bus stop, lady answered the call, her way of talking was so rude, she didn’t listen me properly. I think she needs customer service training. Please be kind and polite.
