I had an endoscopy on March 7 . Every nurse that I encountered was amazing!  I can’t say enough good on their excellent care. Nurses are the people who truly take  care of you during a hospital or procedure stay ! Huge  shout out to the nurses at Niagara ambulatory surgery center!

I see why this place has such poor reviews, absolute worst and most unprofessional urgent care establishment I have ever been to. I went in for an ear infection and told them my symptoms, the front staff was nice and I was the only patient there and headed to the back. When the doctor came in he was very rude and off-putting and started interrogating me about where I’d been and where I was from. He then quickly checked my ears (not sure if he even really checked them or not) and told me my ears were fine, then started asking... read more

Don't understand the negative reviews. I had a covid test done there two days ago and an out patient surgery today. Facility was spotless, I did not have to wait for test more than 5 minutes. My surgery went very well with no waiting time. Nurses and all staff were top notch, very attentive and caring. I definitely would return there again if every necessary! I think maybe clients do not take time to praise good service!
