MR Horrible Horrible Experience Would not recoomend !!! Pool costs us thousands above what they said. Voorhees store response was terrible. Budds actually came out to finish the job....
Service When looking for a hot tub we could not decide what brand to use. Niagara called us everyday and we decided to purchase a $9,000 tub from them. We have had nothing but issues with our Jacuzzi brand spa. When calling service to schedule a winterizing was told they would call me back later. Of course no call back. Poor Opening Experience We purchased a home in Voorhees that had a pool two years ago. While initially we found them helpful, the store on 73 slowly lost its charm with staff that didn't know what they were talking about. We had our pool opened by them this past Spring and it will be the last business they receive from us. I returned home to a pool cover laying in the yard, parts and pieces removed from the pool after winter laying on the concrete and the winter pump laying in the grass still connected to the hose. Mislead Pool Customer Horrible service, Horrible company, they lie, try to take advantage and sell a sub par product..then want to treat you like you did something wrong....worst move I made was to buy a pool from this company.
Qualified staff The people at Niagara are great when you have a problem with your pool. the staff is knowledgable and have generally been right on when we have had a problem. The only drawback is they are a bit on the pricey side.
Service! Every year they would welcome me with open arms during pool season! They have everything you need to service your pool - as a do it yourself or you can make an appointment for them to come out and service the pool for you. Great place to go for all of your pool needs.

Would not recommend for inground pool purchase or service Our experience with Niagra pools has not been good. We chose Niagra because a family member purchased a pool from them about 15 years ago. She had no complaints with her pool or the service she received. We purchased a $28,000 inground pool from them 5 years ago. The pool installation costs ended up being much more than expected as we had to pay every "potential" installation extra cost. Niagara SUCKS Terrible! I spent over $7300 on a new above ground pool which 2 days later they informed me was unavailable. I switched the order, spent thousands on tree removal, new fence, permits, etc. and on install day (3 weeks later) the installer shows up without the pool. Turns out, the pool was supposed to be shipped prior to the subcontractor/installer showing up, but Niagara failed to mention this; had i known I would have been all over them all week.
