Dr. Al-Badawi is the best doctor I've had in my 76 years of life. I never used to enjoy going to the doctor but now I do. I find that often women excel in many occupations and that's also proven by my choice of a female run funeral home, a female hairstylist and a female optometrist.
I have had good experiences with the Drs at this clinic but getting through to make an appointment is like winning the lottery. The answering service makes absolutely no sense because they can not do anything. Id rather hear an automated message saying please call back. They answer and say call back and then you call back and they answer again and they say call back and then they answer again and say call back and then they answer again and say keep trying and then they answer again and say you need to call back!! I cannot recommend enough to seek other avenues of care, this is the worst Doctor I’ve ever had contact with. Disrespectful, rude, demeaning and makes decisions without knowing the history of his patients.
