Nice clean building
This place is so 21st century. Their Pomelo platform is stellar and their check-in procedure is really updated. Their front desk staff is really quite pleasant despite the enormous pressures they deal with on day-to-day basis. The place its self is updated and clean. They have quite a few pograms such as CBT and nutrition support. This is a well run FHT. I am really grateful to be a patient here. Thanks so much.
Doctors note or any information required from the doctor takes up to 30 business days to complete. Testing will get done and they send the doctors your results and you will not hear back from them at all. The receptionist are rude and useless providing zero information. If someone is on holiday that's it no1 covers for them. All the staff goes on lunch at the same time. 20+ employees on the phones all day and they can't do their own jobs.
