a year ago If I could give this place zero stars I would. My family doctor quit family medicine to move into sports medicine so my records were sent to Dr. Ho's office. The first time I called Dr. Ho's office I was informed that Dr. Ho was away on holidays and she would be back in a week and the receptionist would have her call me when she was back in the office. I never received a call. The second time I called Dr. Ho's office I was so rudely and ignorantly informed that Dr. Ho was on maternity leave and she is off for 7 mo... read more

Ridiculous how difficult it is to get ahold of reception called 4 times this week doctors are great only positive thing receptionists really ruin how good this place could be
Cannot get through on the phone, ... 3 days in a row multiple times a day, 16 minutes at a time just to be hung up on.... You want to use the 'portal', you gotta pay..... But everything is fine once you finally get past the entitled reception desk, ...the actual doctors are very nice and caring !! Signed: A very concerned spouse of a cancer patient who is a patient of one of the doctors in this establishment.
