I don't usually write reviews but after being a patient here for several years I'm starting to become increase frustrated with the service at this location. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone to answer the phone and when you finally do the receptionists are rude, snippy, and disinterested. I LOVE my doctor, Dr.Ho is one of the best doctors I've seen in years but the constant struggle to actually make appointments is so horrendous that it makes me seriously consider moving doctors. Excellent care from reception to Doctor, Physician's Assistant and Nurses. I always specify whether the issue can wait or may need immediate attention and have always received an appropriate response.
This drs office is a joke at times. We like our physician but mistakes get made that just shouldn’t happen. Front desk is typically unhelpful and rude. They get upset when you go to a clinic. Well don’t mess up scheduling. Drove 45minutes round trip only to be told our appointment was booked in 2026 . . That can’t happen. Most people need to take time off work and end up with lost wages. I never leave reviews like this but this is the last straw. While the care of the doctors nurses are mostly good, the administration and reception of this office is the worst I have ever experienced. I’m on a medication that I have been taking for over 15 years. Two days ago I asked my pharmacy to send over my prescription renewal request, which they assured me they did. I love my doctor, Dr. Chow. It may take a while to actually get in to see my own physician, but there are usually NPs or physician’s assistants who can see me or my children on short notice. As well, the front desk staff is lovely.
