I am a patient of Dr. Schaefer. I honestly can say I am so blessed to have him as a Dr. He always listens to what I am saying and he always thinks about the best options available. I get exceptional care. His medical office assistant is absolutely wonderful to talk with.
Dr Schafer is one of the best (if not the best) doctors I have ever had. Not only is he highly intelligent, he’s also extremely empathetic. He will take all the time needed to listen to you and ensure he addresses any concerns you have. He brings a very human and researched approach to his practice. This is a doctor that cares and wants the best for his patients.
Dr Buetow and the nurse practitioners are wonderful.
Unbelievably unhelpful and ableist clinic. They will almost never answer the phone and when they do they will not listen to your concerns and instead finger wag and shame you for being sick. Avoid at all costs.
Tried calling 12 different times all within the hours of operation only to be met with either an automated message saying they are closed (even though they are not) or a barley audible voice message from a receptionist saying they don’t take messages and to call back later. If you don’t like being a good receptionist , don’t get a job as one.
