Receptionists, nurse practitioners and doctors are all fabulous. Have a great after care program so you don't have to go to emerge if your kids are suffering with ear infection or other ailments. Only downfall is it's very busy so not uncommon to have to wait 4 weeks to see your doctor and 3 weeks to see a nurse practitioner. Not sure if this is a problem with the office and having too many patients or a bigger government issue with not enough doctors. Regardless, highly recommend, been a patient for 10 years.
I am a patient of Dr. Schaefer. I honestly can say I am so blessed to have him as a Dr. He always listens to what I am saying and he always thinks about the best options available. I get exceptional care. His medical office assistant is absolutely wonderful to talk with.
