Tried calling 12 different times all within the hours of operation only to be met with either an automated message saying they are closed (even though they are not) or a barley audible voice message from a receptionist saying they don’t take messages and to call back later. If you don’t like being a good receptionist , don’t get a job as one.
I was fortunate enough to be paired with Dr. Oxana of the team many years ago. She's been incredible to work with. If we don't connect on site, she's very responsive on our online portal that they offer. There are times I reach out to her to let her know I've been offside for testing, and results would be in soon for her to respond that she's already on it! Very grateful for her and the team.
I have had nothing but stellar healthcare from Dr. Ho and all of the support staff.
Dr. Beutows schedule always seems to be very busy. The last 2 appointments I had, I never saw my doctor but a nurse instead. Both times it was wait times almost 20 minutes but barely 15 minutes with the nurse practioner. I understand that nurse practioners can do things like physical checkups, but it would be nice to talk to an actual doctor whom im more comfortable with. However I would be waiting 3-4 months to see the doctor.
I have found the staff I have interacted with to be very professional and careing. I have been with this Health Team for many years. Currently we see Dr Schafer who is relatively new to the practice and is very professional, careing, skilled and willing to listen.
