Dr Buetow and the nurse practitioners are wonderful.
Unbelievably unhelpful and ableist clinic. They will almost never answer the phone and when they do they will not listen to your concerns and instead finger wag and shame you for being sick. Avoid at all costs.
Tried calling 12 different times all within the hours of operation only to be met with either an automated message saying they are closed (even though they are not) or a barley audible voice message from a receptionist saying they don’t take messages and to call back later. If you don’t like being a good receptionist , don’t get a job as one.
I was fortunate enough to be paired with Dr. Oxana of the team many years ago. She's been incredible to work with. If we don't connect on site, she's very responsive on our online portal that they offer. There are times I reach out to her to let her know I've been offside for testing, and results would be in soon for her to respond that she's already on it! Very grateful for her and the team.
I have had nothing but stellar healthcare from Dr. Ho and all of the support staff.
