First time dealing with this place, I did not buy my tractor from here, but I called their service department for an issue I had. They were not able to schedule me for an appointment for a full month. I had a flat tire I wanted a tire or a tire assembly. From parts department to sales (Austin) , they all have great professional attitude and always give an honest advice. Great team.
We purchased a tractor from Kubota about a month ago. At the time of purchase, we were told that both the tractor and the grass collection bagger would be delivered promptly. However, it took about a month just to receive the bagger. Then, last Friday, the dealership picked up our tractor to install it. We were told the installation would only take a couple of hours. We stopped in twice with serious interest to buy a tractor and while they said they might have a few leads, they never ended up contacting us back, so it was a waste of time on everyone’s part. We bought our Kubota tractor from Alexander Equipment instead, they kept us up to date and informed every step of the way.
