Went into the emergency with some chest pain, was able to get into the into their inner waiting room, the wait was a bit long but the staff were very kind, the nurse with the mustache was great, very kind, checking up on everyone. Thankfully everything was clear.

receptionist didn’t properly put the reason why i was there, waited hours just to be moved into a new waiting room to wait even more hours. all nurses sitting around - no new person was looked at for a full 3 hrs. absolutely ridiculous

Very poor healthcare experience. The receptionist was extremely rude, and told me to wait nearly 8 hours in the emergency room with only one doctor available. I was told the doctor would be available after several hours despite severe back and chest pain. During blood work, the staff member applied the tourniquet excessively tight and responded rudely when I expressed discomfort.he told me to leave . This level of care and professionalism is unacceptable. I do not recommend this hospital.
