I went to the emergency department yesterday with the paramedics because I was in a lot of pain during my pregnancy. The nurses and doctors were very professional, respectful, and kind. They treated me quickly, did my blood work right away, and explained everything clearly. I felt safe, supported, and very satisfied with the service I received. Thank you to the whole team for your excellent care!
This has to be the most inconsiderate and long waiting hospital I have EVER encountered! They will allow you to sit in excruciating pain for HOURS! DRIVE to HAMILTON!!! At least they give you Tylenol or naproxen while you wait or even anti nausea meds so you are NOT sitting pulling and in pain for hours. The staff are lovely but the treatment can be better
