Very Satisfied Went in at 2:30 p.m. Receptionist was very polite, professional and helpful. Waited about 20 minutes and did my registration efficiently. It took another 30 minutes to be called in for examination. Every person I encountered was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful The doctor that examined me was thoughtful, patient, calm answered all my questions even though he was overwhelmed He was extremely thorough and I was discharged at 6:15 p.m. Give the team at St.Catharines General a break they are short staffed and d... read more

Needs support and audit of ethical standards both nursing and administration. Head nurse made 3 separate reports in one visit to hide the 1st. Always question and report

Waited 9 hours for absolutely nothing. The doctor did nothing to help. This is by far the worst hospital I have been to. Our healthcare system is a failure. Witnessed an elderly man get another heart attack after waiting for 8 hours in the waiting room with us. At that point he was rushed to cardiology. Pathetic and shameful.

Terrible hospital they barely took care of us. My family had to wait six hours to finally go home and I would not recommend you to go there.
