I have been lucky enough to be referred to this program 3 or 4 years ago when I was in a really bad place and time in my life - I was met with a worker who still today works alongside with me through out my journey and struggles - we celebrate the good things and we make sure when life gets messy that we create goal setting and a plan - my worker has been my right hand best friend through out the process and I can’t thank her and the lovely ladies enough for all that they do !
