Very compassionate and helpful
The receptionist here was awful. Explained to her I’ve just moved back from out of country and I have next to no supplies left, including insulin. I filled in a referral form and faxed it to her and she was unwilling to help me because I didn’t fill in the “self referral form” which has the exact same information on it. Systems are in place for a reason but empathy and looking past systems sometimes is necessary. We may as well have AI doing the job if humans can no longer be humans. Sad.
Had my first appointment with Dr Mazzetti and she was super knowledgable and kind. Explained everything pertaining to gestational diabetes in detail and I left feeling very happy to have her help and expertise.
I am a patient of Dr Andrea Delrue. I'm a type 1 diabetic and my whole team has always been great and helpful. The Nursing team, the Dr and Her receptionist. Her receptionist Sherry has been incredibly helpful. I'm now on an insulin pump because of this team and it has been LIFE CHANGING!! Much Love
I have been a diabetic for 30 years and I have had many doctors most of them were excellent I was referred to Dr Siddiqui and I had a very positive experience. She took the time to go the extra and explain things in detail and included analysis and suggestions to assist my program
