Reply: You are providing wrong information. The correct information is on the government website and easy to read. You are making people pay for a service that is covered through OHIP. It is your job to processes the payment through OHIP, not the patient's job. My card is valid and I've been using it with no issue. Dr. Sloane is the definition of business over patient care. He is in dermatology not to treat people who are suffering, but to make a pretty penny. I've waited 6 months for my appointment, and my mother and I walked in prepared with photos and descriptions of my condition. He took a quick glance at a photo, a quick glance at my face, and decided he was done. I was able to get an appointment quickly for an allergic reaction, and Dr. Sloan listened carefully, explained his diagnosis clearly, and his treatment plan worked quickly and effectively. I’m very grateful for being seen so quickly and his professional care. The front desk and office manager are so friendly and helpful easing my anxiety.
terrible experience and attitude from this so called doctor...3 minutes in and he asked me what the problem is...no looking at my skin or asking me more detailed questions...other than where you are from!?
