I gave a star each for the face to face interaction with the front desk person and the doctor. However for phone call customer service, their automated messages are an epic fail. There is NO option to stay on the line to wait for the next live person, it tells you to wait, but then bounces you to an answering service. I was seen at the East Amherst clinic...was told I would get an email with link to sign up for the patient portal, still waiting, left 2 voice mail messages over the week, nothing yet. Would’ve been nice to put on your website and on Google stating that you’re closed today 9/18 instead of me driving 45 minutes to get here.
Loved this office. Not always comfortable having skin checks, but this office so respectful and made me feel very at ease. Wait time is always minimal!
