Loved this office. Not always comfortable having skin checks, but this office so respectful and made me feel very at ease. Wait time is always minimal!

I've been a patient at Niagara Dermatology for six years. I used to drive to their location in Niagara County, and then the one in Kenmore. I was so pleased to see this one open up close to home, and with walk-in hours, no less! My general practitioner recommended Dr Miller just before I was to have spinal fusion surgery. I had some weird blisters pop up on my foot a week or so before my surgery, and it was making it painful to walk. This was the worst experience I've ever had! I went in the winter. Had to wait outside with other people and babies in the freezing cold because they only take so many patients per day so it was stay in line or risk not making the cut for the day. We were herded in like cattle when they finally opened the door. Got to check in and was told I owed a balance from 2016. I had never gone to them. Was told to go there over the phone. Was told they were open until 6:30. I drove 40 minutes and arrived at 4:50 to be told they could not take anymore walk-ins. Really should not be called a walk in clinic if you can’t take a walk-in an hour and a half before closing.
