After 45 minutes of genuinely trying to understand the benefits of CBT therapy during an assessment he got frustrated by my questions and told me to leave. The appointments are in his home, not an office as your lead to believe. Which is an apartment building. The entire process feels like a sales pitch on how to never experience negative emotions again.
