The cardiac doctor was awesome and kind, but receptionists who were sitting front at there were terrible. I didn't understand why they were there. This problem is a critical issue. They need to be kind because their job is to explain something to people kindly. I've heard them gossip behind us like they're teasing us. Someone need to give advice to them.
