This place is really bad to pick a load I come 12pm they load me and say we make mistakes you have to come back to the duck door and wait when we finish we will call you and now is 4PM still not loading so stay away from this people I will never come back again 😡

When you arrive you must scan the QR code to check in. You will need the pickup number for your load. After checking in, you’ll use the kiosk to type in the pickup number which in turn gives you your dock number. You must slide your tandems. After being loaded, which didn’t take too long (less than 2 hours) you circle the building to get your paperwork prior to exiting. Again, you submit all your info into the kiosk and the printer prints out 2 copies of the paperwork. No interaction with people and very seamless!

I pick up here a lot. I have did 15 or more loads. But the last 2 day the Ev loading robots have went through my floor. I got all new cross members and new floor 2 years ago. I’ve never had a problem here til yesterday, one went through the floor. I went got it fix. And today it happen in another spot. A warehouse worker came and told me. They have different sizes EV robots. Some bigger and smaller and that they had 3 trailers yesterday that floor broke through.
