Need driver to have a pallet jack to unload at the customers but don’t want you to have the pallet jack with you when loading. Driver Had to take out the the pallet jack and put back in after being loaded. They will not let you in to take it out on their dock and they can’t touch your property smfh. Better hope there’s another driver willing to help you take it off your trailer. Never again
Checking in is definitely a cluster if there’s a bunch of trucks there,but loading and checking out went pretty fast.
Everything was fine but the only thing is that they told me that they gonna call once it's loaded but they never called.Once you get a green light you can leave.Don't wait for them to call you.
Apt time 1600, arrived 1330, in door 1337, check out 1447. Don't know why so many bad reviews, seems pretty quick to me.
