It's showing that I reviewed this place a few years ago by only leaving stars with no information. This is my more informative review. I showed up here at 1400 for I was told was a 1900 appointment. Maybe I'll get lucky and get in early. If not, there's two places for truck parking less than a mile away. Initially after scanning the bar code to pre check in, I was told that my appointment was at 2200 and to come back at 2000. Limited human contact when checking in&out. Quick loading. Efficient facility.
1 hour to load. All loads 40k +
Need driver to have a pallet jack to unload at the customers but don’t want you to have the pallet jack with you when loading. Driver Had to take out the the pallet jack and put back in after being loaded. They will not let you in to take it out on their dock and they can’t touch your property smfh. Better hope there’s another driver willing to help you take it off your trailer. Never again
