I arrived at 11:15 for a 12:30 appointment and was told to come back at 12:30, I came back about 20 minutes before my appointment and was assigned a dock door. I would say from start to finish I was here about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Checking in and out was fairly simple and straightforward. Once you get the green light just pull into one of the exit gate lanes and go checkout at the booth located on the left hand side near the exit.

No people place for sure, their system is for the new kids not us old timers.. did not enjoy setting in the dock for 4 hrs not a good experience for mr
Do not arrive earlier than your scheduled time; the loading process takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. You need to print your BOL at the exit of the facility, but the printer may not be working—in which case, you could end up just stupidly waiting for over an hour for someone to come and fix it.
