Very disorganized and unprofessional facility. This is the second time they failed to schedule with the receiver, resulting in my driver being held for 24 hours with no layover fee. I had to call Costco’s receiving department myself to get an unloading appointment. We will no longer be hauling for Niagara Bottling—it's a waste of time and money for any driver working with this facility.
I been here around 5 times and every time it's been within two hours to load you up maximum. I like coming here.
Arrived at 6:50 a.m. for a 2:00 p.m. appointment. They put me right in the door and I barely got a 30 minute break out of the deal. Absolutely awesome! Thank you so much Niagara!
I love this place. 2nd time here. Each time they took me on arrival. Easy backing and polite nice people on the Intercom. My appt was 20:30, arrived at 09:00 and was given a Doc. Porta Pottys for those who need them. Large dumpster for Trash. Thank you
If your a 1st timer here please know you need pu # destination and company name that purchased freight if not good luck, person on intercom at check in hard to understand. When your light turns green proceed to exit/ when you self ck out you have to get a seal inpjut your info to kiosk then reach in and grab your own bol s off a printer thru a Lil window covered with a flap I stood there lookin stupid but a local driver helped me out, loads heavy so be sure to scale Good luck
