Apparently, Saturday evening is a good time to load here. Checked in at 5:15pm for a 6:30pm appt and given a door immediately (but there was hardly anyone else here). You do need to empty EVERYTHING out of the trailer. I do dual temp, LTL reefer loads, so for me that included a bulkhead, load locks, and straps. A bit annoying, and I'm glad I didn't have my pallet jack because theres no way im lifting that out by myself. The only complaint I have is the processing in and out takes forever. It took about 30 minutes for them to speak to me then had me on hold for another 30. And then when I got to the door had to wait about 40 minutes before they started. They also want your truck to be super straight so that robots can load it. They were just really rude. Loading honestly didn’t take long but waiting is what will mess up your hours.
.For truckers. Worst of the worst company I had to deal with . I got there early checked it waited till its time for loading. They started complaining about the truck smells .Even tho the trailer was 1 week old brand new trailer it was smell of the wood from manufacturer, I went and paid for wash, came back then again they started complaining about the trailer is wet,and icy . Here is place where they have no respect for drivers they will keep you waiting good luck until you get a dock door. You might even get rejected . Giving it one more hour then if I get no door I am out of here
