Took 15 minutes for someone to finally answer me at the gate. I dock at my door. Light turned green after 30 minutes. When i was about to pull out, light turned red again. Waited for 3 more hours before light finally turned greeb. All they are doing is loading the same pallets of water into our trailers. HOW THE HELL CAN YOU MESS THAT UP? They hire the absolute biggest failures in life and assign them to load the trailers.
Easy in and out. Scan the sign with your phone to precheck in and then press the button to let them know you already checked in. They will let you in straight to a door. Tadems to the rear once your loaded you'll get a green light. Drive to the exist enter your info and grab a seal to get your bol printed. You will not get notified when you are loaded so keep that in mind if you go to sleep.
Place full with idiots Got here at 3 pm and they give me dock wright away - nice person on the gate Started loading me in 10 min Than I got a phone call and someone from Niagara called me and told me that my appointment is at 5 pm I was loaded 1/2 way …. She gives me an option to wait until 5 to continue loading me or take all the loaded pallets off my trailer and come back at 5 again.,….. Second time here and never again By the way only two live loads in the family at this time
All electric check-in/out system... anyone you talk to on the system is not only in the building, THEY'RE NOT ON THE COUNTY... it might have some efficiency, but another company that robs American jobs without importing workers...
All I can say is avoid this place like the plague! Not just an upset review this place is trash if you’re looking to waste your time and get yanked around and have every reason in the book thrown at you as to why not load your trailer then this is the place you want to be. If you don’t like being yanked around and wasting your time, then stay Away. This time I come with the same trailer I’ve always used and now they tell me my trailer is too high for them to load water. What a joke not only will I never come here again I wil... read more
