pretty quick and easy in and out. the only thing that bugs me is the tablet screens when checking out aren't the easiest to use, I have pressed a number or letter and it presses a different one that I don't want but other then that pretty decent size lot and easy backing just took a couple times going there to get used to the guide bars they have there when backing in. I like that they also have lights that tell you if you need to adjust to the left or right.
Don't even come here, very unprofessional shipping and receiving. check in and check out takes way too long they only have one screen for check in and check out and most of their pick numbers dont work and they will have one guy sitting at the gate for 30 minutes plus minutes until his dispatch gets to him than the staff for shipping and receiving is based in India and their unwilling to do anything to help you move faster unless you're at the gate talking to through the speaker, and they want you to use pre check that is br... read more
To enter they were askinf me a "888" number wich is for pickup without asking me first what I will do, and I was not going to pickup, I was going to live unload. Then they gave me a door and lasted 6 hours to unload!! They mess on my trip. A detention money is not my goal, my goal was go home so I can start another trip.
Avoid you will wait here for so long. They don't care you are time . U will wait on the street .
