I am extremely frustrated with Niagara Water. This is honestly one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been sitting here for over 24 hours waiting to get unloaded, and nobody seems to care or take responsibility. On top of that, the load is contaminated with rat droppings, which is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern. Really good place, arrived early, loaded 1 hour early! Make sure ur trailer is aligned perfectly within the dock lines, take out straps and load bars before backing
