Kinda looked depressing at first with all the remote checking but turned out okay… stick to your appointments time though !!! In & out in about 30 min.
Come only an hr before your appt time or you will get told to come back. Self check in using qr code and then computer screen. Loaded quickly in less than 2 hrs.
Longer than usual waiting times lately. Actually had trucks arriving after us but loaded before us. Not a good place to load out of recently

Load cancelled completely because trailer was not "centered in the dock". Attached are photos of the trailer in the dock. The precision of a circumcision and they still cancelled the load. My guess is trying to blame drivers for loads not being ready.
