It's a self check in and check out kind of deal. Easy QR code express for check in. Received the door immediately. Plenty of space. Bathroom on site. No overnight parking in the facility but you can park on the street by the building. It's a robot loading company, so they're kind of slow. They will call you when you are done being loaded. And the robots are really my only complaint. That's why four stars were given.

What this warehouse did to me is so messed up in so many different ways.... first off, no restrooms, second, they require you to dock precisely in the center even when their position tracker isnt working, third they wont let me in the warehouse until it was exactly my appointment time and fourth, they will took 7 hours to load me... no one to talk to except for the yard jockeys which are busy all the time and wont really give you any information. Overall this is a truckers nightmere right here.

Hard to understand the person when checking in. 1pm appointment, arrived at noon. Got told to come back at my appointment time. Checked in again and sat for 3 hours waiting on a door. By the time I finally got out of here, there was no chance of making my delivery
