Trying to call this place for directions for my pickup and what's the earliest I can check in for my pickup and no one picks up the phone. The reviews are so bad on this place that no truck driver should pick up from here. Stay away drivers.
Quicker than other plants I have been
Don’t ever tried to pick up a load here, I swear they will damage your trailer and they will humiliate you! Which happened to me, they broke/damage my trailer and when I told them, they damage trailer. They just took off the load, and just let me go, like nothing happened! The person on the intercom told me my load wasn't ready so I said ok and waited. A line started to form behind me so I pinged again and said I needed to enter because of the line. "Your load isn't ready." I said I know, but I need to get in so I'm not blocking the entrance. "Sir, the load is not ready." So they literally refused to open the gate I guess, and expect me to back out into the road with no visibility?
