This facility loads with robot forklifts. Very straight forward. You use the QR CODE to check in then you’ll get a pick up number on your phone then you drive up to the computer and enter order number. Better than most niagaras. You don't have to wait for someone to talk to you on the intercom all you have to do is enter your pickup number and you are immediately assigneda door. When backing in if you miss it'll tell you which way to go but if you get really close just park it and they will lower the liftgate and your yellow arrow will shut off.
