I brought my dog Roxy there as a first time patient. Shockingly she needed to be put down bc of a large tumor inside. Everyone was so nice and compassionate. I agree the are much more personable and their prices are more reasonable than the loc as long competition. I will be bringing the rest of my animal family there from now on. Thank you to all of your staff!
They are very caring there. I took my precious Beagle Emmy RiP. In on Wednesday to be put to sleep just wonderful people thanks again to the Dr. and staff so nice and kind.
I transferred all of my pups to NAH following an emergency I had when IMAH couldn't get me in. Dr. Bissen not only saw my pup last minute, but did everything she could to get me in and out without spending a fortune. On a separate occasion I called on a Sunday evening with a concern I had following a visit I had earlier that week. She called me right back and talked me through what to do, then proceeded to assure me by telling me to come in first thing the following morning. Great vets, very little wait time, reasonable prices, staff is very friendly and helpful, after hours messages are checked regularly for emergencies and answered promptly, clean waiting room, exam room, and kennels.
Everyone at Niagara Animal Hospital is wonderful. Caring, compassionate, kind, understanding and professional. Thank you so much for all that you do!
